Individual partners are updated with each release via email when the release notes forum is updated with a new entry.

Before you begin

Navigate to the following link: https://partner-support.callbridge.com/a/contacts/filters/all

  1. Search for the contact. If none exists, create a new contact.
  2. Select 'Assume identity' (Note that this will only work if starting at the link mentioned above)
  3. Navigate to the release notes forum: Forums > Release Notes
  4. Click the 'Follow' button under the title
  5. Select 'Revert identity'


To verify, you can check that the forum follow count has increased at the following link: https://partner-support.callbridge.com/a/forums. 

Click on Release Notes at the top -  New Topic

Clicking on the number of followers will also display the name of each follower.  You can search for the new name just added.
